These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Wander Wyze Holidays website and participation in the Wander Wyze Explorer Club membership programme.
Wander Wyze Holidays provides travel consultation, holiday packages, hotel reservations, transportation, sightseeing arrangements and other travel-related services through third-party suppliers.
The Wander Wyze Explorer Club is a paid travel membership programme that provides eligible members with benefits such as member-only rates, promotional offers, priority assistance, travel credits and access to selected campaigns or giveaways.
The Explorer Club membership fee is ₹999 for a period of 12 months from the date of activation, unless otherwise stated in a specific offer.
The membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable after successful activation.

Benefits are subject to availability, supplier conditions, validity periods and the terms communicated with each offer.
The membership travel credit is valid for 12 months from the membership activation date.
It may be redeemed against an eligible hotel booking of at least ₹20,000 or an eligible holiday package of at least ₹50,000, unless otherwise specified.
Only one travel credit may be used per membership and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
Membership may provide eligibility to participate in selected sponsored trip promotions or giveaways. Membership does not guarantee selection or winning.
Separate eligibility criteria, dates, exclusions and promotional conditions may apply to each campaign.
Travel prices and availability are dynamic and may change until the booking is confirmed and full or required payment has been received.
Member-only rates depend on supplier availability and may not be available for every hotel, flight, date or destination.
Hotels, airlines, transport operators, tour operators and other travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
Supplier-specific booking, cancellation, amendment, baggage, check-in and operational conditions will apply.
Customers are responsible for checking names, travel dates, passports, visas, vouchers, meeting points, reporting times and all instructions before travel.
Wander Wyze Holidays will not be responsible for losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer or failure to follow the issued instructions.
The Explorer Club membership fee is non-refundable after activation.
Cancellation and refund conditions for travel bookings will depend on the individual hotel, airline, tour operator or supplier policy disclosed before confirmation.
Wander Wyze Holidays will make reasonable efforts to assist customers but cannot be held responsible for events outside its reasonable control, including weather, strikes, flight disruptions, government restrictions, supplier failures or force-majeure events.
Wander Wyze Holidays may revise or replace membership benefits, eligibility conditions or promotional offers when reasonably required. Existing confirmed benefits will be honoured according to the conditions communicated at confirmation.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
